Marriage is a hugely rewarding act of worship and a great sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ. As per the Sunnah, the solemnisation ceremony can be conducted in a mosque to seek blessings from Allah. Al-Falah mosque takes pride in hosting the solemnisation ceremony and welcomes all inquiries to perform it on our premises.

Organising a wedding can be a complex and overwhelming task. However, with proper planning and preparation, you can simplify the process and avoid stress. To help you get started, we have provided clear and concise guidelines that will help you secure the perfect venue for your solemnisation ceremony. Take charge of your wedding planning and follow these guidelines to ensure a successful and flawless event.

Bookings can be made 6 months before the event month. Any bookings above 6 months will not be accepted.
Al-Falah accepts bookings on:

1. Mondays to Thursdays, between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
2. Saturdays or Sundays, between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Bookings coinciding with Zuhur & Asar prayers will not be accepted.

No bookings will be accepted on Fridays.

No bookings throughout the month of Ramadan.

Approval of space booking is subject to availability and will be confirmed within 2-3 business days of submitting the online contact form on a first-come, first-served basis.

  1. Confirm the availability of the chosen solemnisation date with the administrator by enquiry via email or call (62353172).
  2. Once availability is confirmed, fill up the required questions in the Nikah form and complete the full payment, including the deposit. 
  3. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been verified by the mosque.

Solemnisation, Akad Nikah Ceremony

  1. S$200 – Rental of Main Prayer Hall
    • Ground level;
    • Centrally-located;
    • 1 hour duration only;
    • Air-conditioning;
    • Wheelchair-accessible;
    • 300 pax;
    • Default seating: On the floor (carpeted area) and chairs are provided for the elderlies and/or those who are not able to sit on the ground.
  2. S$150 – Deposit, refundable within 2 weeks after the event.

Additional Rental

  1. S$100/hr – Omar Salim Talib’s Classroom
    • For reception only
    • Subject to availability
    • Up to 50 Pax
  2. S$3/chair – no cover/skirting (up to 50 chairs)
  3. S$8/table – with skirting (up to 8 tables)

All currencies are in Singapore Dollars.

From 29 August 2022, wearing of mask is no longer mandatory for the groom & bride and their guests.
We would like to inform that on Sunday,16th October 2022 is unavailable for booking.

Sundays are now available for booking!
It is open for booking between 10 am to 6 pm. The first come, first served basis, current regulations and conditions apply.
Revised rental fee for bookings made from 2nd August 2022 onwards.

No limit on event size, however, vaccinated differentiated safe management measures still apply for more than 500 Pax.
